A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting the gorgeous little Sienna in Wokingham. I was kindly recommended to her parents Louise & Paul by the lovely Holly & Daron. Louise & Paul were looking for some nice natural shots of Sienna, which was music to my ears because that is exactly how I like to shoot.

I use natural light in all of my work, only bouncing a small amount of additional light when required. I do like to use the odd small prop or item of knitwear – such as the beautiful knitted hat below.

Sienna was a delight to photograph, even giving me a cheeky angelic little grin!

One of the best things about my job is when one of my lovely wedding couples gets in touch to tell me they are pregnant and that they want me to come along to photograph their new addition in a few months time. Ayla here is the newest member to the Augustus family, and she is super cute! I first met Holly & Daron over a year ago when they asked me to photograph their fabulous castle wedding last August. It’s so nice for me to be able to see my wedding couples again at another important time in their lives. I loved having a good catch up with them and Daron’s Mum even supplied them both with some yummy biscuits to give me! Bonus!

Ayla was an absolute gem, so beautiful and easy to photograph. Not to mention she has the best smile, already! I always give my clients a selection of images in both colour and black & white from their shoot, I particularly love these black & white ones from Ayla’s shoot and wanted to share them with you.

Before Christmas I spent a lovely morning with this fab couple doing some bump photographs before the arrival of their first baby! We started the morning by taking some natural images in their home (whilst chatting away!) and then popped out for a nice winter stroll to their local woods. I can’t wait to see them again in a few months time to take some newborn shots for them.

Check out this little cutie that I had the pleasure of photographing earlier this year. Such a well behaved little fellow! I loved testing out my new wooden bowl with him … it seemed to go down a treat!!

Holly & Daron got married a couple of weeks ago at the beautiful Clearwell Castle in Gloucestershire. Upon arrival I headed up to meet Holly and her bridesmaids getting ready in the lovely Gresham Suite – such a classic and elegant setting. Holly went with dusty pink as the colour for their big day, which worked wonderfully in the castle setting. This wedding was a little extra special because in fact there is not only two of them – but three! Holly and Daron are expecting their first baby in a few months time, which is so exciting.
