I have just finished editing my images of this adorable little monkey! Ella is my friends 3 month old baby … doesn’t she have the best eyes?! I had so much fun photographing her, and capturing that super smile of hers. It’s not often that I shoot babies at this age but after having photographed Ella’s older sister when she was born, it was great to complete the set!

I was recently sorting through some of my images and found this beautiful bump shoot that I did 18 months ago with my wonderful friends Emily & James. This lovely pair now have a little girl called Poppy, and they are getting married this June! I can’t explain my love for this little family. Emily is the best of friend to me, and James is just perfect for her. He proposed to Emily at the very top of Edinburgh Castle when they were up visiting his family, so romantic! They are getting married in a quaint little church in Southwick, with their reception being held only a short walk away in the village hall. I cant wait!! Not only do I get to be a guest at this splendid occasion but I also get the privilege of photographing it too. I can’t wait to spend the day by my friends side, as both her pal and her photographer. Oh and I almost forgot – Godmummy to little Poppy too!

I love meeting couples and taking some bump photographs to help them remember the excitement before their bundle of fun arrives. Here are a few of the shots that we took one sunny afternoon. Look out for their wedding pics in June!!

Happy weekend everyone! I have had a lovely time this week, taking a couple of days off for my birthday. We were lucky enough that it was the 25 degrees on Wednesday, with clear blue skies!! We grabbed our picnic rug, a frisbee and our books and went off to the New Forest. Nick and I love the outdoors and being in nature, especially in the sunshine so it was absolutely perfect. After a few hours of relaxing by Hatchet Pond, Nick took me for Afternoon Tea at The Limewood Hotel which is my favourite place. Limewood have a beautiful courtyard which has been given a retractable roof the same as Wimbledon! So on sunny days like Wednesday they pull back the roof, and let the sun shine in. It was glorious! I should have taken some better snaps of the food for you, but it was too dam tasty and before we knew it the stand was half empty! I can assure you though, that the sandwiches and cakes were to DIE FOR, I would highly recommend : )

Now, I know we are entering summer (finally!) and the weather is getting warmer, but I wanted to share this lovely Christmas wedding with you guys because it was so fabulous and festive. On 29th December I returned to Skylark Golf and Country Club to photograph the lovely Dave and Kates big day. Kate chose to keep the theme nice and festive by having vibrant red sashes on the wooden chairs in the ceremony, as well as in her beautiful winter bouquet. I especially loved Kates fur jacket – such a fab, snug wintery touch! They chose to have the brilliant Olu Shola sing the night away in the evening, his awesome soulful voice got everyone up dancing. The Photo Lounge were also a part of their evening entertainment, with some of the best photobooth props I have seen!! Great fun – I would personally recommend them to any Bride & Groom to be. xx

Huge congratulations to the lovely Michelle & Kris on the arrival of baby Evelyn! She is utterly perfect and it was so great to photograph her last week.

It is always a pleasure visiting families at this special (albeit hectic) time in their lives, and Michelle & Kris were no exception. I was impressed at how calm and collected Michelle was after having given birth only 1 week earlier! And Kris was the perfect gentleman & doting father. He even put some cookies in the oven for us when it hit lunch time! They made parenting look like a piece of cake.
