On Saturday this lovely couple said their ‘I do’s’ in the beautiful Chawton House Library near Alton. Zena, her Mum and Sister’s had a very relaxing morning getting ready in The Barn at Barford Farm, the farm house has a lovely barn along the side that was completely for the girls, it was surrounded by the most beautiful gardens! Joe & Zena had been planning this day for a while and it was lovely to see all of the ideas they talked about become a reality. They definitely wowed everyone with the spectacular book arch that they made (with a little help from some friends!)! Big thanks to Miss Mollies Flowers for the most perfect bouquets.
On Sunday one of my dearest friends got married to her best friend. Emma had a lovely morning getting ready at her Mum’s house – such an emotional moment when she came downstairs, her dad even shed a tear. Needless to say there was barely a dry eye during the ceremony, it was such a lovely day. Emma and Jamie are two of the kindest, loveliest, funniest people I know and I had the best time sharing their day with them. We even got to have some fun with Jamie’s fishing rod!! Big thanks to the other half Nick too for all his help! Congratulations Mr & Mrs Whitlock!!! xxx
This weekend has been a super busy one for me! I have photographed two totally amazing weddings, the first being Greg & Hayley’s special day at Skylark Golf & Country Club. Such a lovely couple, we got some fab photographs and enjoyed the warm summers day! Hayley wore a stunning dress with a beautiful hand made head piece by Laurel Lime and a pair of the amazing Anglomania Vivienne Westwood shoes!!! Very jealous of the shoes! A great day all round, thanks for having me guys : )
Well the weekend has left me feeling totally zapped but very happy to have been a part of two very lovely weddings! I just HAD to share some of these lovely images with you all!! Jason and Amber were recommended to me by a couple of friends and I was chuffed to pieces when they booked me for their day, on Sunday. Amber looked stunning in her gorgeous dress and Jason looked pretty dam dapper with all his Groomsmen in their suits! They chose to have The Live Lounge Band entertain all the guests outside in the courtyard after the ceremony and it was just perfect. I hope you have a fab honey moon Mr & Mrs Mackins! xx
Yesterday was a very special day for me because one of my very best friends tied the knot! I doubled up as a guest and photographer, and had the best time. Emily and James are two of the loveliest people I know and I am so so happy for them! They had the perfect day, getting married in St James Church in Southwick followed by a fab reception only a stones throw away in the D-Day Memorial Village Hall. Emily and James enlisted the very talented Smallpiece Catering to create their masterpeice of a cake and to do the food for the day. Ann and Gemma worked tirelessly and the food was delicious!! Smallpiece catering are far more than just a catering company, they always go the extra mile and everyone left the wedding feeling like they had made new friends. The day finished perfectly with some emotional, crazy dancing to the traditional Scottish song Loch Lomond. Thank you Mr & Mrs Nelson for such a fantastic day! xxx
